Bookings
A warm welcome awaits you at Malt House. If you are interested in making a booking or you would
like to check availability, feel free to contact us using the information provided in the "Contact Us"
panel on the left hand side of any page on this site.
All rates include oil fired heating and hot water, electricity, bedlinen and towels.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
1. Once booking has been arranged a £200 deposit must be Forwarded to Mr P Ewing, who will confirm the booking in writing. The balance is then due one week prior to arrival, otherwise we reserve the right to re-let the accommodation.
2. Bookings are only arranged on a Saturday to Saturday basis, or other by prior arrangement with the owners.
3. The accommodation will be available after 3.30pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by noon on the day of departure, to facilitate cleaning arrangements etc.
4. No bookings will be accepted by persons under the age of 18. Persons of this age must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the accommodation, for the duration of the holiday.
5. Smoking is not allowed within the dwelling.
6. No pets are allowed within the dwelling.
7. No items of furniture shall be taken from the dwelling for use outdoors.
8. A damage deposit of 100 pounds will be applied by the owners, which will be refunded in full within one week after departure provided no damage has been caused to the dwelling or its contents.
9. The owners retain the right to refuse a booking at any time.
