1. Once booking has been arranged a £200 deposit must be
Forwarded to Mr P Ewing, who will confirm the booking in
writing. The balance is then due one week prior to arrival,
otherwise we reserve the right to re-let the accommodation.

2. Bookings are only arranged on a Saturday to Saturday basis,
or other by prior arrangement with the owners.

3. The accommodation will be available after 3.30pm on the day of
arrival and must be vacated by noon on the day of departure, to
facilitate cleaning arrangements etc.

4. No bookings will be accepted by persons under the age of 18.
Persons of this age must be accompanied by an adult at all
times within the accommodation, for the duration of the holiday.

5. Smoking is not allowed within the dwelling.

6. No pets are allowed within the dwelling.

7. No items of furniture shall be taken from the dwelling for use
outdoors.

8. A damage deposit may be applied at the discretion of the
owners, which will be refunded in full on departure, if no damage
has been caused to the dwelling or its contents.

9. The owners retain the right to refuse a booking at any time.
